Review: Go GaGa Diaper Bag

So who needs a new versatile diaper bag? Are you sick of carrying something that your husband refuses to carry, or a bag that is breaking your shoulder and back because of the weight? Well, I have got the bag for you! The Go GaGa Slide bag might be the best diaper bag that I have ever used. I mean it. This bag is my standard now- I love it that much. The secret is the unique strap that expands to distribute the weight across your shoulder and back much like a baby sling.

There are dozens of ways that you can wear the strap to better accommodate your own needs. I like to wear mine with the strap cupping my shoulder at times, and at other times I just wear it as a regular bag. You can see a picture of me, wearing the bag, if you look at the Peg Perego Skate review I did yesterday. I have the Olive color- I like it a lot. My husband also likes the bag, he will wear this one, and tote baby and kid stuff unlike when I carry other bags that he thinks are too "girly".
The Slide also has clips that allow you to attach it to your stroller. I have used these straps on various strollers, the Quinny Zapp, the Phil and Teds E3, and the Peg Perego Skate and it works well with all three- even though the handles are different on each one.
I also really love the design of the side pockets. Large and small bottles fit with ease and stay out of the way, and clean! The Slide is also great because it can have a whole other life as a laptop bag when your babies are grown. There is a movable divider in the center that will un-Velcro and give you more room when it is needed (like when you stick a laptop in there).

All Reviews on a Four **** Scale:

Functionality ****: Honestly, this bag functions so well- better than any bag I have had in the past (and I have had many). It is large, has lots of pockets, it has a unique strap that is comfortable and versatile, pockets that keep bottles secure and clean, and it converts to a laptop bag later. Not sure there is much more you can ask for.

Cost ***: I am taking just one point because while $95 is a lot of money for a bag, I think it is reasonable after looking at prices for other diaper bags and laptop bags. $75-$100 is pretty standard for a nice bag.

Style ****: I don't like flowers on my bags, and I am not a big fan of "baby" colors. I guess they are cute when you have an infant, but babies grow fast, and I would rather have something that will grow with them. Also, "Baby" colors would be fine, except for the fact that *I* am the one carrying the bag, not the baby. I also like that it isn't too feminine for my husband to carry and not too masculine (what is with all the "daddy bags" coming out lately? Do that many men really love camo diaper bags?) for me either.

Overall Score *** and a half: This is the diaper bag that, for me, all others will be measured against. I love it and plan on using it for years to come. I highly reccomend the Go GaGa Slide diaper bag.

This sounds amazing! My shoulders are weird. No strap will stay put so I put them over my head and then they choke me. This would probably be great. Thanks for giving the information. I'm going to check them out.
