How I can disinfect a used baby carrier?

I am getting a backpack carrier used tomorrow. It's the kind of nylon material in a metal frame. I cleaned and disinfected before they put my baby in it. Any suggestions on how best to clean?

Clorox first … about everything you can. After completely dry, go over with a baby-safe cleaner such as baby wipes.
