Baby Activity Playmat
3.5 months of age is frustrated when trying to play with toys?

Just wondering if any other moms have seen this. My baby seems feel frustrated when you reach to grab the toys in their activity playmat. It's going to grab a dangling toy, and his movements are still something so spastic feels unable to control the movement of the toy and then ends up crying. I've noticed that when I give a little of his toys to play with others, she grabbed her, but if noise is too curly or if she can not get into your mouth easily, she begins to have a bad mood and then begins to mourn. Not only did I have a bit of Chione? LOL (Chione is Spanish for weeping) Awwww, my little darling. Anyone else see this with your baby?

Awwww! The posters said, totally normal. It will change quickly when you get control over their arms and hands. In the meantime you can move the toys to the mouth and away (as if flying), while making sound affects or singing. My Genevieve loves it! I love the name of Simone, indeed!

How I can make lesson plans for babies and toddlers?

I have a job interview for a position as assistant professor in infant / child care. I have a degree in child psychology and experience caring for children. But how I can make lesson plans for babies and toddlers? Is it just a list of activities? Why lesson plans for children so young? If infant / toddler that a structured schedule in a nursery?

As ssistant professor, I doubt that you have to do lesson planning … only help to implement plans. But it is something you should learn about if you plan to stay in the field. I think the nursery has a bad reputation … especially with babies / children small. In part because the parents still consider us as babysitters "and even some staff members feel the same. However, we encourage professionalism and the reminder that for infants and young children are actively TEACHERS staff and plan each day. Lesson plans should be organized and cover each curriculum area. A simple Excel spreadsheet work. Decide which areas will be planned for each day. It should not be treated of activities planned for the curriculum areas following: social-emotional expression, language, literacy, mathematics, science, social community, creative, and physical development. In his plans also good to have a place to record the identification. Note that these activities need not be always directed by the teacher. You can include a product for exploration a center entering an area of the curriculum. Consider each of their routines days … you can often incorporate basic concepts or other curriculum in their "day." Like math is more than counting literacy is more than the alphabet and reading a book. Incorportate physical development and literacy to play follow the leader. Did you know that the activity could be considered literacy? Children must be able to copy the physical movements before copying anything with paper and pencil. This is a "pre-school" many books of the activities can be done in an infant / toddler or class can be easier. Jump to literacy by Rae Pica. We also suggest using an issue … if one day or one week's theme topic. Here are a couple of books that you can check in your library local. If you do not take them, see if loans between them. The Complete Resource Book for young children and two years by Pam Schiller (these activities can be simpler for children) The Encyclopedia of Infant and Toddler Activities by Kathy Charner Have fun!
