what is ur opinion about hip hammock Platex BABY CARRIER.?

Is it true that holding the baby to the side (hip) may cause harm the baby.? Have you used this company u? Or operator to do you suggest? U cn also recommend a not so expensive Soze large diaper bag the purpose of travel. I mean large … I have to actually take a long transatlantic flight and I like to take my Boppy pillow because I think the baby during the flight. so I'm looking for some baby gear adviceon. Thanks and I wud appreciate if no one passes or sarcastic rude comments. The way my baby is 8 months and weighs 15 pounds.
