A MUST BUY FOR ANYONE WITH TWO CHILDREN

I only wish that I had bought this stroller with my first child. My daughter is now 17 months and my son is 6 weeks. This is such a lifesaver!!!!

When I was pregnant with my son I did extensive research on double strollers. When I say extensive I mean extensive - I live in Europe and researched what people in each European country were using, and after finding this stroller I also researched the other options in Australia and New Zealand.

With my daughter I got the standard Graco travel system and an umbrella stroller for later use. I plan to sell the travel system and umbrella stroller as this is the only stroller that I need.

It fits into my small trunk (BMW 325), is very comfortable, very versatile, and small when opened for use.

The only con that I have for the stroller is that you need two hands to fold it, but with all the other pros outweigh that small inconvenience.

I recently purchased this stroller for the same reason most everyone does - I have two small children and I didn't want a wide side by side double or a bulky tandem stroller. I do a lot of walking outdoors and I used my Graco jogger extensively with my first child. Since this is an all-terrain stroller, it fit the bill. I wish that I had known about this stroller with my first born. It is the only stroller you need. I researched EVERYTHING before deciding on this stroller. It is lighweight to push, easy to fold, compact for being an all-terrain stroller, and well-made. The only con is that there is not much storage, especially with the second seat attached, and no cup holders. But that still does not outweigh the pros. It is a little pricey, but, if you look around, you can find a good deal. I paid $358 for the single and the double seat at an online retailer. Money well-spent in my book. These strollers also have excellent resale value, so all in all, you won't be investing too much more for this stroller than you would on a cheaper double or tandem.

We got the 2009 Sport version of this stroller with the doubles kit and a free peanut bassinet (part of some promo deal). Why we love this stroller:

1) It's compact. My wife and I both have smaller sedan cars so the bulkiness of most double strollers becomes a real problem. This stroller is more compact than both our single strollers (one Maclaren and one Gracco). Yes, it's a double stroller and it takes less space in our trunk than our single strollers. We have no problem closing or adding groceries to our trunks with this stroller already in it. We drive a Subaru Impreza and a Honda Civic. Not exactly mammoth of cars.

2) This thing is so easy to maneuver, as in, hold a door open with your foot, push the stroller with one hand and do a 180 to reverse direction, because you forgot your child's toy in the car, all this without stopping from holding that door with one foot. It's effortless and can just do a 360 in place with just the strength of your pinky. Is this a necessity for every stroller, I don't know, but it sure is nice in some situations.

3) The design is brilliant. Our infant sleeps in his little chamber, where he's safe and comfortable, while our toddler sits perched above him. You have easy access to both kids.

Our biggest disappointment with this stroller is the fact that if you order the car seat attachment, so that you can just snap your infant's car seat into the stroller (sounds very convenient at first!), the stroller can only be used as a single stroller. Same with the peanut bassinet. If you snap it on, the second child cannot sit in the stroller.

Debunking portion of this review:

Some reviews online mentioned that the stroller was hard to fold. Really??? Huh... push the two triggers on both sides of the stroller and it folds instantaneously. This is about as simple as it gets unless you can't locate the triggers or are pushing on the wrong thing. Once folded, it's easy--and light enough--to pick up with one hand. Someone complained about you needing two hands to fold it down and that's not always possible when you have children. While it is true that you need two hands, I fail to see why you would fold the stroller before securing your kids in their car seat. At which point, you should have two free hands to work your magic with those index fingers... well unless nature sadly took one of those hands away. In which case, I have nothing for you.

We are very happy with this stroller. Am I getting excited about a freaking stroller? What life has become. :(

Best double option!

This is the best double stroller option I have found! There are a few configurations you can use with 2 as well. It is well made, small enough, drives really well, not heavy, and probably the best multifunction stroller I have tried. I also love the bouncer frame you can get for the double seat. This will come in handy when we go visiting. It is well worth the money! Much better quality than many others I've seen.

A must have, I wish I would have bought this sooner!

So I have 3 kids, a 3.5 year old, 20 month old and a 5 month old. I have tried just about every stroller out there under $250, I had Joovy Big Caboose (double stroller with a stand on for a third child) which was a complete nightmare- the thing almost weighed as much as I do and it didn't even fit in the back of my minivan. Then I bought a Combi side by side stroller and that was decent enough but I left it at my parents house out of state. Then I bought a Graco double stroller, also big, heavy and hard to fit in the van. I actually wasn't leaving the house very often alone because I would hurt my back every time I'd try to mess with the stroller, so I finally bit the bullet and spent way more on a stroller than I ever thought I would. The directions for this stroller were the WORST directions I have ever seen, but I finally got it put together and it's just perfect for my family. My oldest holds onto the "runaway stroller" cord, I put my middle child in the front seat and my baby in the back. This thing is easy to push, fit through doors and aisles and it doesn't take up too much space in my van. It is kind of a pain that it doesn't come with cupholders or much storage, but when you're desperate to get out of the house with your small children this is the stroller to buy. After my long journey with strollers (and I didn't even get into all the single strollers I had....) I can say with certainty that there is no perfect stroller out there but I think this is the closest you're going to get.
