Car back seat looking for my 17 months of age?

I really want to get a new car seat and rear faces. Now I have a Graco Comfort Sport and my daughter is in front has been facing in the upper level of the harness. I'd like to look back whether it is really safer? Is it? I do not know what to buy. There are so many options out there. I've been looking at the Britax Marathon or the Radian that goes up to 80 pounds. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? What would be better? Is there anything I can and better than others?

Graco MyRide I heard that 65 is very good. RF is up to 40 pounds, and FF to 65. In addition, if you go to Britaxusa.com, roll over car seats and then click "Set my child," can use their tools to find an adjustment perfect. And yes, extended back is much safer. Good for you for making this important decision and knowledgeable.
