Kangaroo Baby Carriers
What is your favorite "baby-wearing" deep?

I am looking into getting a new one, my son is almost 1. I've been through three different slings / Carriers, which overcame some of them, the others were hard on my back. He had a deep front carrier as a baby, and then changed to backpack styles (like Bjorn), but now I'm looking at maybe a Moby, Peanut Shell, K'Tan, Kangaroo Carrier, etc. .. I'm a little tired of spending money on those who do not work / damage. Advice, tips, especially for older babies? Which company do you prefer?

We had some problems with companies hate after a short period of time (especially since our son, born small, has become quite large.) It is only recently that I realized if you go to Baby R Us and ask for a manager, who sent someone to the vessel carrier to unpack and let you try any company that sold. It takes a while obviously but our son and we really took our time to this last time. We were looking for a backpack and ended up buying the Kelty TC 2.1 and could not be more happy with it – I know he's not looking for a backpack style carrier, but if your baby is getting more than 20-22 pounds, worth a visit. It is very adjustable and basically acts exactly like a walk pack, except with a space for a baby.

What are those who have priority?

I have 34 weeks and are in the process of getting the final things baby needs, people still trying to buy all this and things for your baby and live in a condo and I would rather get the essential elements. What is the item that you do not I could live without him? and the part not ever use? Also what do you think of the baby swings? what better oscillations of travel size? or large swings in level? Thanks for taking the time to answer my question

I needed a boppie. My baby was big and heavy. And experienced rapid growth. He needed something under my arm when I think. I also loved my rocking chair. Oh, and I loved a rocking chair. Once old enough, actually loved it. And I loved it because they do not need to be held all the time. On the other hand, rarely used my swing – was not there. I did not use a backpack and a game lot. If you have a crib, you're fine. Although useful in the home of the parents.

I have more than 10 months and has exceeded its carrier (both front and back companies) so I'm looking for a company child. I have reduced my options to Pikkola or Badabung. Anyone have any experience with either? And if so, you like more?

I've heard is a better brand Pikkola

I agree with everything said Arlene G. It sounds like you have almost everything covered for the baby so do not forget about yourself. This comes experience, because no one even told me to take any of those things for myself. My husband was always having to run to the store extra things. I recommend bringing something to have all the paperwork in. You will have many and is so easy to just put them in one place so they are not worried about losing or forgetting them. We also have some healthy snacks for when the baby comes home because I was not able to eat for over 5 minutes at a time:). Escpecially because I had cramps. It is possible that want to get some baby gas drops just in case. And this is a personal choice, but now I have a coat for the baby and wish I had seen them sooner and maybe you could check out the. But apart from that looks like it's all set. Congratulations!

Baby Backpack Carriers
Suggestions for a baby or toddler backpack?

My husband and I are planning to do some camping backpack once the weather warms up (Still snowing in which live and are beginning to wonder how the spring) and are in need of a baby or toddler backpack. My son is 10 months old and weighs in at a nice, healthy 35 pounds for a carrier is out of the question. He is much more than heavy for them. I refer to those with a ~ large frame carrying 50 pounds or more. I have no idea what names are good and reliable and the research I've done has not presented a very good response. Any person with a suggestion, please let me hear! Thanks!

We have a Kelty Kids backpack. It's wonderful. It is very comfortable to wear, easy on and my son loves being in it (he is 14 months and about 25-30 lbs.) Camp and is a lifesaver — who bought it for use instead of our company's long Ergo hiking / camping. It is like this: http://www.kelty.com/p-283-fc-10.aspx We managed to find some use in a craiglist about half the new price.

Beco Baby Carrier
Baby Carrier for hiking?

Hello, I'm looking to start to go on some trips with 6 months of age, my daughter. I've heard of using the soft style backpack as ERGO or BECO … but they are the greatest, as resembling a large backpack and have metal in them and everything more comfortable? What type is better? Or what else do you recommend? I have a sling bag, but I do not work so well.

I have a backpack carrier, is one of the largest with a metal frame, but weighs almost nothing and is ideal for hiking. Kelty is a trademark and was one of my best buys. Bijorn I have a deep and varied, but for extended hiking I can not take one of those. Moreover, Maya is 3 and we can still take comfort in the peloton, which is nice. So, yes, much more comfortable and even I could kind of forget that I was up there. Also, you can adjust the band that goes around the waist, so if you're feeling the pressure a part of the shoulders or back strap is pulled, and you can carry the weight of entirely different way. If you do a lot of hiking then one is a necessity. Check Craigslist or local thrift stores too. You can get one for $ 50 instead of $ 200. Babies R Us they have on the screen as well. You can put your daughter on it and try it.

First, you have to think whether to go for a bag smaller or larger diapers. If you feel you have a lot of things to bring with you wherever you go, a great diaper bag should be an option appropriate. If you are breastfeeding, which certainly would not need a large diaper bag. You have a big diaper bag to store bottles of milk and formulas that will bring with you.

If you choose to use cloth as a diaper that would ultimately need more bag space. You would need space not only for their diapers clean cloth, but also the dirtiest.

Although most parents are not aware of the diaper bags that will take, bag manufacturers are creating designs that are not evident for diaper bags. They are more elegant while offering the same purpose. These are for parents who prefer either look sports or business to their diaper bags.

Native Baby Pouches – A Natural Way of Life

"The use of a baby has a long tradition in many cultures. The mention of a Native American mother almost always evokes an image of a working woman leaves her job with her baby wrapped in a Papoose wrapped around his back. The uniqueness of native bags baby as opposed to other types of baby carriers is that come in different sizes instead of being adaptable to rings or other adjustment mechanisms such as ties, Velcro, laces or ties. Another great advantage of this type of baby carrier is that it is high on one shoulder and drapes down below the other side of mom. This makes it safe and comfortable for the mother to squat and also provides some privacy if the mother needs to nurse the baby while you are outside the home.

New Native Baby Carriers
What is the best type of baby sling carrier?

I want a baby sling carrier, but I'm overwhelmed with choices! I want a versatile "Honda" ring under $ 100. My goals are to take my baby 5 weeks of age in a variety of positions as he grows, his chest while she is in a sling, takes her to the park with my dog, and look hip while doing it:) My body is quite unusual, I'm 5'5, 130 pounds (before of pregnancy), but now wear a G cup bra! So I need something that will not destroy my breasts and relieve severe back pain I have to take my baby in my arms all day (he loves to be held)! I removed the bag styles and brands of peanut Shell, New Native, Baby Bjorn and Snugli. Am considering Thing-a-ma-sling, Maya Wrap, Over the Shoulder Baby Holder, or Dr. Sears. Has anyone here used a sling Solarveil? Please let me know your thoughts. If you can recommend a shop in Columbus, OH where he physically can try some, I will be grateful. Thanks!

It's a shame they are not interested in Baby Bjorn. I struggle with past issues and also gives you the best support! I have also Wendy Bellissimo style of deep and I think that this type of sling appears to worsen back pain. I only use it sparingly. Maybe Baby Bjorn give a try-on session? Good luck!

What is the best baby sling?

I have a baby carrier made by Eddie Bauer, which is like a backpack that is worn on the forehead. I do not think mine that supports the baby's head well enough when you lean forward, so I'm looking for a new one. What do you suggest?

My mother took me in a sling made of bamboo with elephant dung to make it more comfortable for me that ended up staying there until I was 9 that helped me get breastfed
