I am looking into getting a new one, my son is almost 1. I've been through three different slings / Carriers, which overcame some of them, the others were hard on my back. He had a deep front carrier as a baby, and then changed to backpack styles (like Bjorn), but now I'm looking at maybe a Moby, Peanut Shell, K'Tan, Kangaroo Carrier, etc. .. I'm a little tired of spending money on those who do not work / damage. Advice, tips, especially for older babies? Which company do you prefer?
We had some problems with companies hate after a short period of time (especially since our son, born small, has become quite large.) I agree with everything said Arlene G. It sounds like you have almost everything covered for the baby so do not forget about yourself. This comes experience, because no one even told me to take any of those things for myself. My husband was always having to run to the store extra things. I recommend bringing something to have all the paperwork in. You will have many and is so easy to just put them in one place so they are not worried about losing or forgetting them. We also have some healthy snacks for when the baby comes home because I was not able to eat for over 5 minutes at a time:). Escpecially because I had cramps. It is possible that want to get some baby gas drops just in case. And this is a personal choice, but now I have a coat for the baby and wish I had seen them sooner and maybe you could check out the. But apart from that looks like it's all set. Congratulations!
