My son is about 18 months when we plan to go to Europe. What's better, the Kidco Peapod travel bed or bassinet portable Pogy. I'd rather not lug Graco Pack N Play, even if it is portable. I also need some help with the theme of the car seat? I've been reading about the various options such as: Safety 1st Tote N Go ', the Compass B500 and by Cosco Scenera, but the more I read I'm more confused about what you buy. Air travel is not the problem, you turn a baby, but I'm worried about car trips in Europe (especially the way in which the unit in Romania, I want my Child Safe). Should I Britax my shoe and put it with the luggage? Would that cause damage to it? Or should I buy a car seat $ 40 and leave someone there after my journey is complete?
I really suggest taking your car seat Britax. You should be able to carry on the plane and put it on the plane once you board. There is a special compartment used to carry large hand luggage. my cousin's girlfriend did when she traveled to North Carolina. In this way there will be no damage and can be used as soon as the plane deboard. I've been to Spain, France, and Italy, and driving in all countries is horrible. While in Spain, I saw two cars hit the same car parked in a corner within 10 minutes. Neither car stopped, just kept going. I suggest you take a good car seat, not a $ 40.00 one just to make sure that your baby is safe while traveling. On the bed or travel cot, I'm not sure. I have had no experience with any of them.

Can you tighten a seat / seat belt that keeps the seat in place?
My b / f uses his knee in the car seat and pull the belt as quickly as possible to keep the car seat from moving. The little plastic lock so you can rest seems to be so strong. It is extremely difficult to undo every time you move. Is it dangerous to have it so tight? Will not be by force constant?
You may not tighten the belt … but you should put one knee on the seat to tighten. You want the seat * *… tight but you do not want to damage the seat or seat belt. Products like the "MightyTite" not be used when installing a particular car seat because (among other things) you can tighten the belt and cause damage. I had not considered the possibility of no tightening without one of these devices …. but it sounds like your boyfriend does not do! Note that although the seat should not move more than 1 inch belt path … the top of the seat * will * move some when properly installed (See the link below). No amount of tightening will (or should!) To prevent … if you read the instructions should also tell you that is *. * ok I would get a certified carseat tech to look at headquarters with the BF to see if it is indeed very tight. I am sure that praise his effort and still be able to correct any excess heat that may have caused!

The first step is to become familiar with the locations of air bags in your vehicle. All cars new driver and installed with air bags for front seat passengers. With the combination of seat belts, air bags are very effective in preventing serious injury or death from a car accident. However, airbags can be dangerous for young children, especially those who sit in rear-facing seats safety car, and for children who are not well positioned in its belt. If your car with the stock active against passenger, children riding in rear-facing car seats should only travel in the back seat. The evidence showed that, in an accident are relatively low speed, an air bag can deploy, striking the seat of the car, causing brain and neck injury or death to the child.
Automobiles no back seat, not the best option for traveling with kids in car seats. However, some vehicles have the option to disable the air bag front for the use of safety seats in the front seat of the car. It is highly recommended that you check your vehicle owner's manual for complete information.
In addition, many new cars have side airbags for improved safety during a side impact collision. If car has side air bags, Review both the vehicle owner's manual and car seat instruction manual for proper placement of the car seat.
The second step is properly locked or fixing the car seat in the vehicle. Many vehicles have a LATCH system that eliminates the need to use seat belts to ensure safety seat. Vehicles with LATCH system anchors are located in the back seat. Car safety seats that come with LATCH have to hold Attachments these anchors. Almost all cars and all car safety seats made since September 1, 2002, come with LATCH. However, unless both your vehicle and the safety car seat have this anchor system, still need to use safety belts to install the car seat safety.
If you have questions or need help installing your car safety seat, find a certified CPS technician. A list of certified CPS technicians is available by state or zip code in the NHTSA website. A list of inspection stations where you can go to learn how to properly install a car seat is available in English and Spanish on the seat holding the Website.

Does anyone know where in the Dallas metropolitan area fortworth I can get my child safety seat installed in the right way?
I have three car seats that are intended to be in my car only needed to make it right.
I'm in East Texas. I have been told that hospitals, car dealers, and police departments assume that all are willing to help make sure the seat is properly installed. (Although I'm not 100% sure how that information is correct. … I know that my local hospital is pleased to note. All you have to do is ask.) My son is turning 20 months old when his younger brother was born. Is this too young to he switch to a booster seat so you can use your convertible baby / child seat for my new baby? My son is already 30 pounds at 16 million old and most of the reinforcements that I've seen start at 30 pounds weight requirements.
We are talking backless booster that is based solely on the belt security or a car with a 5-point harness which has the 5 point harness will be fine, but not one that uses only the lap belt of her baby is too young and too small or support which only use their cars arent seatbelt for this age group are for ages 4-5 and up
