so I have my baby this playard http://www.burlingtoncoatfactory.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Section_Id=38233&pcount=&pn=1&Product_Id=465414&sku1=k_s1_75997672 # I was wondering if I buy sheets of newspaper or leaves playpen padded play yard? and what is the difference? I like these two http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3549174 (His cousin is totally matches! Lol) and padded sheet http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3565865 would be more comfortable then a sheet regular adjustable? (He sleeps in my room for him in the first couple of weeks before that happened to her crib — I just want to be comfortable)
I think the padding looks like it would get a lot more interesting than regular playpen fitted sheet … If you want comfortable mattress just put a couple of blankets under the fitted sheet. That worked for us. I also think the monkey is adorable:)

How long is safe for the baby to sleep in a playpen or portable crib?
We are visiting in-laws at Christmas for 2 weeks and my baby is almost 6 months old. Is it safe to sleep in a playpen, or will be too big?
Probably would be safe, but make sure you are on the lower level. I know that my pack-n-play has an attachment that holds the baby up. I think it is only recommended to use part of up to 3 months or 15 pounds. At 6 months, you can sleep at the bottom safely. We visited my grandparents in Florida for a week and my 13 months old, slept in the pack-n-play very happy for the trip. If you're really worried about it, find the manual and see if any weight or height restrictions. Good luck!
I'm looking around for furniture babies r us and trying to decide what would be best for a newborn … a playpen or crib. The playard, I know that many parents use for infants appears to be efficient and easy enough space to move from one room to another, whereas I think the baby would outgrow it sooner than a regular crib. What is your opinion of him?
If you have a floor two at home. You could use the crib in the room or nursery. playyard could use the ground floor so we could hear the baby wakes up and check it. I had a crib in my room and floor upstair a cradle for his nap in order to keep an eye on them. With this I do the same. I threw a lot of baby things. I have a crib in my room and a crib down here. Because winter weather, the upstair not get hot. I have a heater upstair but for use at night only. So I Downstair heat well so the baby would Downstair during the day.
I have to buy a playpen .. What would give me the best value for my money?? Can you recommend something??? I'm on a budget! Thanks!
we have two, one a laptop that had an integrated portable crib, and then a fixed one in your room, we use the laptop more than the other. we went over the top with the center, which we spent about $ 4,000.00 on furniture, all had to be the same name and matching and bought many "supplements. but we bought the laptop at Kmart and paid like $ 55.00, and works very well. you can might want to check the yard sales, well, not at this time of year, but perhaps the local papers for any to sell, a lot of times you can buy a new one it was not necessary, or that was never used or only used once or twice. There is also a site called "Freecycle". free stuff and have it donated by people area, just pay for shipping. I know I've won a lot of clothes bought new never used. I can get the website for you if writing to ask.com or Google I do not work.
